The map is showing the latest issued METAR information in text and arrow indicating wind direction, both geographically connected to the specific aiport location on a map.
On the map Temporary Segregated Area (TSA) status is also shown, typically active Restriction (R) or Danger (D) areas being displayed in red.
Zoom by double-clicking or press "Shift" and draw a rectangle on the area you want to zoom in to. Clicking objects to expand information is supported in Internet Explorer 8 and Mozilla Firefox 2.
