The project objective is to identify, define and develop Aeronautical and Meteorological Information Services based upon Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles and current and foreseen ATM business needs, for both civil and military stakeholders. The findings from the D-AIM project will be used as input, together with input from other activities.
The SESAR JU 8.3.3 project is led by NORACON (with representatives from AustroControl, LFV and EANS). The other contributors to the project are AENA, DFS, DSNA, EUROCONTROL, FREQUENTIS and THALES.
The project execution will commence in early September 2010.
